Natural Beauty

Inwood has a majestic entry with a long boulevard entryway that has been designed to make you feel peaceful as you enter the neighborhood. It's rare in San Antonio to find this type and level of natural beauty inside Loop 1604. You'll find many greenbelt areas that are open for enjoyment and exploration.

Community Events

There are many events that happen throughout the year that neighbors enjoy. From the 4th of July Patriotic Wagon / Bike Parade and cookout at the pool to the Spring and Fall Festivals with live bands at the tennis court, families and friends gather for fun, games and conversation. We have Sharks Swim Team and smaller evening events for just the adults. We consider our holiday décor a special event when the trees of Inwood are illuminated the Friday after Thanksgiving through New Year's Eve. The community calendar is here.

Community Management

Associa Hill Country is the management company for Inwood PUD HOA and the Inwood Swim Club. They are located at 300 East Sonterra Blvd., Suite 250, San Antonio TX, 78258. The Community Manager for Inwood PUD is Kristine Spirt. They have over 40 years of combined experience and Associa Hill Country is exceptionally qualified to manage Inwood's administrative, financial and physical property assets. Their goal is to assist our Boards in maintaining the standards of beauty in Inwood, to protect the communities' assets, to preserve the standards of quality and to enhance and maintain the owner's property values.

Tennis Courts

We have two lighted tennis courts that see a lot of action throughout the year. Often you'll see neighbors sharing the court, playing doubles or taking a quick lesson.

Swimming Pool

Inwood Swim Club features an Olympic-sized swimming pool with deep end diving board for family play and lane lines for solitary lap swimming. During the summer professional lifeguards monitor the pool and offer swimming lessons to all. The pool is also home to the Inwood Sharks swim team who compete in the Lone Star Swim League. This is a wonderful summertime activity for kids 5 years old and above. Many lifelong friendships have been started by our swimmers and their parents. Our swim team is operated by volunteer parents and grandparents. The covered patio can be reserved for private parties and the baby pool is a key feature for those families with very young children. We have a volleyball net and tether ball for other enjoyment.

Pool Hours:  5 a.m. - 10 p.m. everyday for Key Card holders - adult supervision required when Lifeguards are not on duty

Pool Hours with Lifeguards:  Tuesday - Sunday, 12 noon - 8 p.m. (Memorial Day and Labor Day included)

Playground

You'll find a fenced playground area near the swimming pool. Kids can slide, climb, swing and enjoy the outdoors in the naturally landscaped surroundings.

Bike Lanes

In many places in Inwood we have set aside bike lanes which are also used for walking and jogging. These are also lit by street lights so they can be used in the evenings.
