Very few neighborhoods in San Antonio can compare to the high level of security we strive for in Inwood. Armed security officers are assigned at the Inwood gatehouse to monitor all inbound traffic every hour of every day. Inwood is a closed neighborhood and only homeowners and authorized guests are allowed to enter. Our families get to know the officers and can rely on their professionalism and discreet approach to individual security needs.

Our guards are employed by Securitas, the leading international company specialized in protective services based on people, technology and knowledge. Chief guard Mike Hernandez has been working at Inwood for the past 20 years and we are proud of his leadership and guidance he provides at this high volume entryway.

In addition, a team of off-duty San Antonio Police officers patrol the streets in the evenings and on special holidays for an added-layer of security.
